Return & Refund Policy

At Hoor Art Gallery, we take great care in selecting, packaging, and shipping our products. Because many of our items are handmade, delicate, or unique, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations in handmade items. Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight differences in color, texture, pattern, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Handmade and one-of-a-kind items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part.
